Driving around in 2010

The Doctor snorted.

"And what? Professor Yana Is?" he rolled his eyes.

"Pur-lease." My old Delorian could think of a better Alias than that." he sounded almost breathless now.

"Come to think of it, What have you done to me?"

he shruged "I dunno" smiled "Maybe its your brain finally given out"

The Doctor Laughed and Almost slipped from the seat.

"I was fine till you came along."

"Tell me what you've done. I can feel it anyway."

"Well it could be the fact you just brought me back and now your not the only time lord and the combined mental energy present at one moment in one room radically accelerating from nil activity to full...could cause your body to go into shock" he paused "That may be why"

The Doctor stood up and fell to the floor. "Possibility." he struggled up.

"You need to get out of here." he said to Katherine.

Katherine Gaped at him

"You Mentally RETARDED?!?!" She shook her head and helped him up.

"I'm stayin. Full time Companion me." she pointed to herself. "And besides, get too far away, we both die remember."

"Well she knows how to put you in your place" he sat on a rail

The Doctor scowled and his leg gave way. He grabbed onto the console and steadied himself.

"Well, she is my Guardian. Remember them? You killed yours." His eyes became dark.

"She was my sister too."

The Doctor made a low growling sound at the back of his throat. "This is all a game to you isn't it? Nothing matters unless you get what you want, does it?"

he paused.

"What do you want?"

"Nothing... Oh and I dont always kill my companions...As I recall the last one killed me..." he was being truthful

The Doctor nodded.

"A whole year of torture and abuse? I'm not surprised to be honest."

Katherine looked between the two men, lookin like a spectator at a tennis match.

"Look, Who's this woman? A whole year? What are you two talking about?!"

she frowned.

"Something's happening." she muttered to herself.

"Oh yeah you should probably tell your companion the story... If you feel up to talking"

Katherine wasn't listening. Instead she ran into the intearior of the TARDIS, locking herself in her room.

"Something's not right." she muttered again as she passed them.

The Doctor watched her as she left, a sudden feeling of emptyness as the TARDIS sealed her off from him.

"So... What room do you want?"

"Dunno dont care...As long as it isnt locked when I enter it... Listen her okay I chose to be here I am not your prisoner"

The Doctor nodded and tested his legs again. He found them strong and walked to the corridor that lead into the TARDIS.

"You can have this one." he jabbed his head toward a wooden door and left him standing there.

he opened the door and looked around "Spacious... Do I get any tech?"

The Doctor snorted.

"You? With potential dangerous tech?" he grinned.

"I'm dangerous with a coffee machine so i'll see what i can do." he started to walk away. Then stopped and turned.

"No that doesn't mean you can try to destroy the universe with the stuff i give you as well."

"Whatever... Hay I was wondering what did you do to that alien?"

The Doctor turned around and looked at him.

"That's your welcoming adventure to the TARDIS." he smiled.

"You're gonna drop him off at home." He grinned mischievously and walked away to the kitchens.

"Damn... Kinda hoped I wouldnt have to go back to rax* anytime soon"

The Doctor laughed.

"Oh trust me, You'll never forget it."
