Malice taking a walk

Malice walked through the streets of London.
He had nothing else to do on his mind.
He decided to just forget about the invasion and just live a peacefull life on earth.

The Doctor had a strange object out and waving it around. He walked past the man and suddenly stopped, his trench coat flowing around him as the wind picked up. he walked up the the man and shoved his glasses on, studying him.

Malice took a step back.
"Uh....who are you?"

The Doctor smiled and pulled off his glasses.

"Yes! Sorry! I'm the Doctor! you are...?"

"Im Malice.
Nice to meet ya doctor."

The Doctor shook his hand then peered into malice's eyes.

"How old are you?"

Malice lied.
"I'm 26, why did you ask?"

The Doctor shook his head.

"Nah, a 26 year old could NEVER have seen what you have." he paused. "Unless you've already met another Doctor?" he looked worried.

"Blue box, bigger on the inside? ring any bells?"

"What?"

The Doctor released a breath that he hadn't meant to keep.

"I take that for a no." he smiled and looked back as the object in his hands beeped rapidly. "Sorry, must run, got me a big dog to catch." he moved away then stopped as though thinking of something.

"Unless you want to help."

"Ok. Nothin much else to do."

The Doctor grinned and ran off towards the dock, following the beeping of the device in his hands. He stopped suddenly and scanned the area with the device.

"Hmmm..." he mumbled.

Malice followed behind.
"What is it?"

The Doctor turned to lok at him, dropping the object back into his pocket.

"I't s a stray Veltraptor from the planet Mesaline." he gazed into the distance. "Jenny was there..." he shook his head and loked back at Malice.
"It's still a baby so it doesn't have a speech pattern." he sighed sadly. "That means there's no way to just remove it from earth. Only to kill it."

"An alien....like...me..."He mumbled.
He looked back to the doctor.
"well, someone's gotta do it."

The Doctor nodded. he looked towards a blue box stood on the corner.

"If it turns up, try to distract it." he shouted as he ran towards the box.

"I dont even know what this thing looks like! where are you going?"
He took a step toward the box.

The Doctor ran in shouting "big and orange" over his shoulder.

"You'll know it when you see it, if at all hopefully!"

"Uh...ok.."
He turned around and started searching.
"You gotta be kidding me."

Banging came from inside the blue box as a big orange shape landed infront of the box.

"There you are! I've been looking for you, big guy! Bring it!"
He was distracting it the best he could with his taunts.

The Doctor heard the shouts and ran back out of the blue box, wielded with a water gun filled with purple liquid. his shirt sleeves were rolled up and his suit jacket and overcoat were in the box.

"OK! I can take it from here malice!" he shouted and started running around the monster.

"Get in the TARDIS!" He shouted while trying to draw all the monster's attention to him.

Malice ran to the tardis.
"What about you?"

The Doctor opened his mouth to say something when his foot slipped and he fell to the floor with a sickening thud, the gun slipping from his grasp and the monster pounsing on him in seconds, Tearing at his chest.

Malice gasped and ran toward the gun and aimed it at the alien trying to get a clear shot.
"Get away from him!"
